  As I sit here I can't help but notice that the level of service is nowhere near what I once expected and received at most Applebee's. No smiles, host was disinterested in our being here. The carpets are filthy and smell of dirty greasy carpets.... I have never written a review for any establishment but this is probably the worst I have experienced, and I haven't even placed my order yet.....

  I like Applebee's because I have young children and the atmosphere there is a little on the louder side, so if my children are a little noisy, they don't bother others. They have a nice children's menu with good portion sizes, my children always eat all of their dinner here. A couple days a week the children's meals are only 99 cents, which is a great deal! I love the healthy choices menu that show the calorie content of my meals so I can make the healthiest choices to for my diet even when eating out. They have a varied drink menu, but I would say they are a tad overpriced and not strong enough, standard restaurant drinks. Their grilled food is scrumptious! One of the things that makes me not add crazy about this particular location is that the servers, on average, tend to be less attentive than at the Andover location. Obviously there are exceptions to the rule, but just a general observation. I love the outdoor patio here with the huge fireplace! 1/2 apps after 9pm, happy hour specials, and all you can eat Wing Wednesdays definitely get you more bang for your buck. This location never seems to be very busy or have a wait time, which I love! We'll definitely be back!
